About Your Problem Solver
I'm Jessica, the founder of Savvy Entrepreneur Consulting.
I’ve always been fascinated by figuring out how things work and, more importantly, why they sometimes don’t. I’m the person who wants to look beyond the obvious, ask the questions nobody else is asking, and follow the trail until I find the root of the problem.
That curiosity has shaped my professional experience, which includes investigating complex operational issues, identifying root causes, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving procedures, and collaborating with technology and product teams to refine internal systems and workflows, just to name a few.
I've contributed to multiple projects that have collectively helped generate millions of dollars in savings during my time working with a multibillion-dollar technology company.
My experience ranges from investigating individual issues to participating in broader projects involving operational efficiency, system development, training, and organizational improvements. These experiences have shaped both my professional interests and my approach to understanding complex business challenges.

My Mission
I've always been curious about how things work, why they sometimes don't, and what can be done to make them better. I'm naturally drawn to complex problems, unanswered questions, and the challenge of finding solutions that others may have overlooked.
But for me, problem-solving has never been just about solving a puzzle. It's about helping people, making their lives easier, and giving them the tools and systems they need to succeed.
My mission is to bring clarity to complexity.
I want to help business owners understand what's happening beneath the surface, uncover opportunities for improvement, and find practical ways to reduce unnecessary work, eliminate frustration, and make better use of their time and resources.
I believe that behind every process is a person, and that the best solutions aren't simply the ones that work—they're the ones that make life and work better for the people involved.
